Kaneisha Hall is an HR coordinator for CLASP. She is the point of contact for client employees and provides support in areas including benefits, payroll, employee events, HR policies, drafting employee correspondence, and much more.For the past ten years, Kaneisha has worked in the child care industry. Her experience involves various HR services including payroll, employee relations, recruiting, benefits, new hire on-boarding and orientation, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, and compliance. One of her main focuses is to reinforce employee engagement and HR systems. Kaneisha has a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from University of Maryland Eastern Shore. Kaneisha continues to learn and expand her knowledge by preparing to become PHR Certified in 2022.
